After earning her veterinary degree, she completed an intensive emergency care mentorship program at Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Center before continuing her career in emergency medicine in New York. In 2024, she transitioned into general practice, where she managed a high caseload of preventive, urgent, and emergent cases while performing routine surgeries multiple days each week. Her diverse background allows her to provide comprehensive care for dogs and cats at every stage of life.
From a young age, Dr. Mariah knew her future would involve animals. Growing up surrounded by a variety of domestic animals fostered her passion for animal care, while her love of science and medicine ultimately led her to veterinary medicine. Today, she enjoys combining those passions to help pets live healthier, happier lives.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mariah loves spending time outdoors and can often be found hiking, biking, or skiing during the winter months. She and her husband, Peter, share their home with a cat named Pippy, a Golden Retriever named Adi, and a growing collection of farm animals, including a thriving flock of chickens.
